Account & Data Deletion Request for RAW IQ

At RAW IQ, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated personal information collected during your use of the app.

How to Request Account & Data Deletio

Online or Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to submit a request manually:

1. Send an email to: javelinanalytic@gmail.com

2. Use the subject line: Account deletion 

3. Include the following details in your email:

   • Full Name associated with your RAW IQ account.

   • Registered Email Address (or Google/Apple ID email used to sign in).

   • A brief statement requesting the permanent deletion of your account and data

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:

• Account profile information (Name, Email Address, Profile Picture).

• Reading history, saved book summaries, and personal bookmarks.

• App usage preferences, learning progress, and custom IQ metrics.

• Third-party authentication tokens.

What Data May Be Retained

Certain non-identifiable or legally mandated records may be retained for a limited period:

• Financial & Subscription Records: Transaction history for in-app purchases processed via Google Play Billing may be retained to comply with legal, tax, and financial reporting obligations.

• Aggregated / Anonymized Data: Technical logs or generalized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to your personal identity.

Processing Time Frame

All manual email requests are processed within 30 business days. Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.

⚠️ Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and all saved summaries and reading progress will be permanently lost.
