At Ain Shikkha O Sheba, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to close your account and remove your information from our systems, you can initiate that process right here.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request that your account and all associated data be permanently deleted using either of the methods below:

Method 1: Delete via Web Request (Recommended)

Please fill out our quick deletion request form below. Our privacy team will process your request within [e.g., 7 business days].

• Note: You will need to provide the email address or username associated with your account so we can verify your identity before deletion.

Method 2: Delete Directly In-App

If you still have the app installed, you can process this instantly:

1. Open Ain Shikkha O Sheba and log in.

2. Navigate to Profile.

3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Data Handling & Retention Policy

When you request to delete your account, your data is treated according to the rules outlined below:

1. Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

Upon approval of your request, the following information will be permanently purged from our active databases and servers:

• Account Credentials: Your username, email address, password, and profile details.

• User History: Your app usage history, preferences, and saved settings.

• Stored files, photos, activity logs, and personal metrics.

2. Data We May Keep Temporarily or Are Required to Retain

Google Play policy allows certain data to be kept for legitimate reasons like regulatory compliance or fraud prevention. We only retain the following:

• Financial & Transaction Records: If you made in-app purchases, we retain billing records for [e.g., 7 years] to comply with legal tax and accounting laws.

• Security & Fraud Prevention: Anonymized logs related to security incidents may be held for a limited retention period of [e.g., 90 days].

Important Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, you will lose access to all premium features, history, and purchases associated with your Ain Shikkha O Sheba account.
